Delete your account
In the app
- Open Rafi and tap your initials on Today to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, read what goes, and confirm.
If you signed in with Apple, deleting on an iPhone asks Apple to confirm, and Rafi is removed from the apps that use your Apple Account (if Apple can't be reached, nothing is deleted: try again); on Android, remove it yourself under Sign in with Apple at account.apple.com. If you signed in with Google on the phone you delete from, it also removes Rafi's access to your Google Account.
What goes
- If you own the business in Rafi: the business and everything in it, at once. That's the Odoo connection and its key, chats, monitors, alerts and counts, and the access of anyone else in it.
- If you joined someone else's business: your own account, chats and monitors, the record of notifications sent to your phone, and your name on the business's usage records. The business and those records stay.
- Copies in our backups are gone within 90 days.
What stays
- The read-only user in your Odoo. Archive it in Odoo under Settings › Users & Companies › Users.
- An App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your phone's subscription settings: deleting the account doesn't.
Without the app
Email j@vortexstudios.io from the email you signed in with, and we delete your account within 30 days.
