Terms of Service

Rafi, published by Vortex Studios Ltd. Last updated 3 November 2026.

These terms are between you and Vortex Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15754797) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, and cover your use of the Rafi app and service. By signing in you agree to them. If you use Rafi for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree for it.

What the service does

Rafi reads your Odoo through a separate read-only user, answers questions about your business, runs monitors you set up, and alerts you. It changes something in your Odoo only when you confirm the change in the app, or to set up, renew and tidy up its own users. It's not affiliated with or endorsed by Odoo S.A.

Your account and your Odoo

Answers and alerts

Answers come from AI models working from your Odoo data, and alerts from monitors checking it on a schedule. They can be wrong, incomplete or late: Odoo may not answer, a model may misread a question, a check may run after something changed. Check anything important in Odoo before you act on it. Rafi is a tool to help you notice and understand, not financial, legal or tax advice.

Credits and fair use

The AI in Rafi uses credits, one balance for the whole business. A question is 1 credit. A smart monitor's check is 1 credit, and only when it sends records to the AI to judge; a check that finds nothing new is free. Setting up a monitor, or rewriting one in your own words, is 2 credits, and only when it gives you a monitor to check: if Rafi asks you a question back first, that costs nothing. Today, alerts and monitors that check a rule never use credits. If something fails before you get an answer, its credits are given back.

Each business gets 300 credits a month, used before any others. They're renewed on the 1st of each month (UTC), and unused ones don't roll over. When the business has none left, asking, setting up monitors and smart monitors' checks wait until more come; Today, alerts and rule monitors keep working.

Each person can also ask a set number of questions a day; when that's reached, asking waits until the next day. Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, reach other businesses' data, use it to change Odoo in ways it doesn't offer, or overload it.

Your data

Your Odoo data and your chats stay yours. We use them only to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes, including sending what a question needs to AI providers once you agree in the app.

Price

Rafi has one plan, Pro, at US$29.99 a month or US$239.99 a year in the US, with a 7-day free trial. The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your country and currency, including any local tax, before you subscribe. You can sign in and connect your Odoo first; you choose the trial or a plan after that. Until the app asks you to choose, using it costs nothing.

Changes and availability

We're improving the service and may change or stop features. We aim to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available. We'll tell you in the app before changes to these terms take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

Liability

We aren't liable for losses that weren't foreseeable when you started using the service, for business losses (such as lost profit, revenue, contracts or business opportunity), or for losses from decisions you make based on an answer or alert. Apart from that, our total liability to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time, and delete your account in the app under Settings › Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law or security stops us.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide disputes, without taking away protections your own country's consumer law gives you.
